LifeQuest: Build Your Future is an offline-first Android life-simulation game from WorkinVirtual Private Limited. Version 0.2.3 has no advertising SDK or advertisements. Check Google Play for availability and installation. This support page does not host a game download or imply approval.
Export a private backup before resetting or reinstalling. Never send passwords, payment details, identity documents or a full save file in an initial support email.
Contact the product team
Email support@workinvirtual.com. Include the LifeQuest version shown in Settings, Android version, device model, steps, expected result and actual result. A mission ID and cropped screenshot can help; remove personal information first. No paid support subscription or guaranteed response time is offered here.
Progress and backups
- Save trouble: avoid clearing app storage. Free some device space, reopen the app and follow any recovery prompt.
- Export: use Settings → Export a backup and choose a private destination. JSON backups are not encrypted by LifeQuest.
- Restore: use Settings → Import a backup and choose a valid LifeQuest JSON file. Import replaces the current journey after confirmation; save a copy first.
- Change devices: transfer an exported backup yourself. There is no LifeQuest account or cloud game sync.
- Start over: Settings → Start a new journey replaces local saves and preferences after confirmation, not previously exported files.
Offline play and ads
Core missions, progression and saves work offline. Production 0.2.3 contains no advertising, consent prompts or ad bonuses. All 500 missions and progression work without network access. Optional support and the policy website open external apps.
Separately labelled internal advertising builds use Google test ads and regional UMP choices. These are not the production 0.2.3 build. Rewards are fictional credits with no cash value. Do not click advertisements to test them.

Mission and accessibility feedback
Include the mission title or ID, chosen action, result and any confusing text or control. For display issues, include font-size settings and screen-reader use if you wish. Use invented examples rather than real workplace, health or financial details.
Data requests
We do not hold your local save on a LifeQuest server. Use the app's reset or Android storage controls for those records, and remove exported copies at their destination. For information sent to support, email support@workinvirtual.com with your request and only enough detail to locate the correspondence.
