1. Find a tool using the collection, search or favourites.
2. Choose its mode and units, then enter your own values in the blank fields.
3. Check the result, explanation and any input error before relying on it.
4. Use Calculate & save to store a result in local History, or Copy result when you choose.

Language and numbers

Settings → Language lets you follow the device or choose a bundled language. English is the fallback. Read each field's numeric-format instructions: grouping and decimal separators differ by language, especially Indonesian. List fields distinguish decimal commas from separators. Changing language must not change the mathematical value of a saved calculation.

Currency labels versus conversion

The currency label in Settings names the money unit used by a calculation; it does not convert that amount. Use Currency converter for an actual reference conversion. Refresh online or explicitly enable automatic daily reference updates. Check both the rate date and last-checked time. Offline or failed checks keep any saved rate, which may be outdated. This is not a bank execution price.

Voice input

Tap the microphone beside the required field, accept the first-use disclosure if you choose, and speak a number in the selected language. Review what was recognised and edit or cancel it if necessary. Use value is the step that applies a valid number. If the phone's service is unavailable, keep typing; the other tools remain usable.

Feedback and replies

Open Settings → Request a tool or service, or Suggest an improvement inside a tool. Choose a request type, enter a title of up to 120 characters and a description of up to 3000 characters, then Review email draft. Verify the recipient and press Send in your email app. The app does not send automatically. Replies arrive at your sending address; there is no in-app request inbox. If no email app opens, use Copy request and send it yourself.

Backups and old records

History and favourites are held on this device. Export/import uses Android's system file picker. Keep exports private: they can contain saved inputs and answers. Android backup or device-transfer settings may separately copy app data. Older Decision records remain separate from the native calculation history and are not silently converted or erased.

Assumptions still matter

Money tools are estimates using the rates and terms you enter. No legal tax decision, investment return or lender fee schedule is supplied. Use consistent units for dimensions; verify results before high-stakes use. The 27 core-tool guides contain worked examples, not prefilled user inputs or browser calculators.
