Requests, improvements and problems

Your next useful tool can start with a message.

In version 1.4.0, open Settings → Request a tool or service, or Suggest an improvement inside a tool. Choose New tool, Improve a tool, New service or Report a problem. Enter a short title and the detail needed to understand your request.

The form opens a draft for bstn001@gmail.com in your email app. Check it and press Send there. You receive any reply at the sending address. This is email correspondence, not an in-app chat, automatic ticket status or a guaranteed commitment to build every suggestion.

There is no phone-number requirement. The app does not attach your calculation inputs, history or files. Your email app may add its own signature. Avoid private financial records, passwords and identity documents. If no email app opens, the form lets you copy the request and send it yourself.

Something looks wrong?

Give the tool name, selected mode/units, app version, expected result and a minimal example using made-up values. For money tools, check whether a rate is annual or monthly and whether all amounts use the same currency. Tax tools do not decide legal tax obligations. For currency conversion, include the displayed reference date, not personal banking information.

General support and privacy

Email support@workinvirtual.com for general support or privacy requests. We can help with information you sent to support, but cannot remotely access calculations stored only on your phone. Read the app-specific policy.

Availability

Version 1.4.0, including 40 tools, seven language options and the request form, was verified live on Google Play on 28 October 2026. Availability can vary by device and region. Check the current store release.
